"Zero stars. Used to work but stopped since last update. When I complained to support they said it's ok as I can use the system without an app! I bought it because of this app! They have claimed a fix is coming for ages but no sign. I'm investigating my rights as I bought this system because of its remote capability. My strong advice is do not buy this alarm system Update, last feedback, we have released a new app. My feedback, it still doesn't work. No response"
