Eaton secure app downloaded but ICON missing from phone?!?!. Is it me??
No stars - refuses to work. Why release such a bug ridden app for an alarm system! I would go into minus stars for such a mindless cut'n'paste response - had already done that - Just fix your app and apologise...
Updated phone, ever since the app just logs in then crashes.
Will not even open app. Asks for my password (which I've changed twice) but then does nothing....does not start app at all. Having read previous messages I tried deleting cashe and also uninstalling and installing app again but none of these make any difference. Such a lot of wasted time trying to get this working 😫
This was a brilliant app when I initially installed it but now All though my username and password is correct it will not accept it and I cannot get into the app at all. Means have wasted all my money.. I have done everything I can tried reboot it, tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, Tried Removing cookies and also changed password but still it wont-work
Doesn't work on newer phones after update UPDATE - APP NOW WORKS AFTER DELETING CACHE AND RE-PAIRING APP
As others have reported, fine until update but completely unusable now. Confirmation the developers are at least working on the issue would be helpful!
Zero stars. Used to work but stopped since last update. When I complained to support they said it's ok as I can use the system without an app! I bought it because of this app! They have claimed a fix is coming for ages but no sign. I'm investigating my rights as I bought this system because of its remote capability. My strong advice is do not buy this alarm system Update, last feedback, we have released a new app. My feedback, it still doesn't work. No response
Updated on January 11th now not working, so frustrating! Please tell me how to fix this it's saying no panel connection. Not a problem until update. Nothing else has changed! Would not recommend
It's not registering if the alarm is set if another device is used, check phone app shows unset go downstairs alarm goes off, it is set suprise. Not good. Used to be fine what's happened. Thank you it's been resolved
